Historic "stax" designed by Sabian with Mike Portnoy, then Dream Theater drummer; is part of the HH line. Consisting of a china 12” (422 grams) and a crash 14” (700 grams). Used, in very good condition, without any defects.

They have a dry, penetrating timbre with good sound projection; by regulating the contact pressure between the cymbals it is possible to vary the tone, which can be extremely dry or more open and “trashy”. The edges are left un-lathed which makes it ideal for playing the raw, fast accents that Mike is known for.
