BEARING EDGE Custom 14"x6,5" snare drum

Brand new 14"x6,5" custom snare drum.

Custom made in USA by Kevin Pinson, owner of "Bearing Edge" brand; I haven't find so much infos about this company, so let's take a brief but close look to this odd drum...

Keller shell and hoops, respectively 8 and 10 ply 100% Maple, with a beautiful Olive Burl outer ply in natural satin finish. 10 brass double tube lugs with claws (very big...), Trick GS007 snare strainer, Puresound snare wires.

Great looking & sounding custom snare, with a big, powerful and open tone; crisp and well defined snare response at every dynamic level. An excellent drum, made for demanding and professional drummers.
